Working draft for the NorthPath early-access marketing site. Have this reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.
What we collect
When you join the early-access waitlist, we collect:
- Your first name and email address.
- Optionally, a phone or WhatsApp number and your country of residence.
- Your questionnaire answers: destination, general goal, timeline, support preference, and pricing feedback.
- Basic technical context such as device category and, where present, campaign parameters (UTM tags) and referrer domain.
We deliberately do not ask for — and ask you not to send — passport numbers, immigration identification numbers, dates of birth, legal history, medical information, financial documents, or detailed case information through this site.
How we use it
- To contact you about early access, based on the consent you give on the form.
- To understand demand by destination and pathway so we can prioritize what to build.
- To send occasional product updates, only if you separately opted in. You can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use pre-checked consent boxes.
Analytics
We record anonymous product-interest events (for example, which questionnaire options are selected). Analytics events never include your name, email, or free-text answers.
Retention and deletion
Placeholder policy: waitlist records are kept while the early-access program is active and deleted or anonymized within 24 months of collection, or sooner on request. To access or delete your data, email privacy@northpath.example and we will respond within 30 days.
Where data goes
Waitlist submissions are delivered to the lead-management system we configure (for example, a CRM or spreadsheet automation). A current list of processors will be published here before launch. In local development, submissions are stored only on the developer's machine in a clearly-labelled mock store.
